Merchandise in its original condition may be returned within 30 days from
the date of purchase.

*We suggest using UPS or certified/insured United States Postal Services.
- Include a copy of the original invoice receipt/packing list.
- Indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange.
- Exchanges will be charged an $8 shipping fee to send the new item. Please include
payment with return or call 1-800-850-0688 with credit card information.
- Indicate the mailing address for the refund or exchange.
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
How to Order
It is easy. Throughout our site, whenever you see a product you'd like to
purchase, simply click "Add to Cart" and the item will be added to your Shopping
When you are ready to check out:
1. If you have created an account with us previously, please log in. There is an option to send your password if needed.
2. If you have not created an account with us, you will need to do this now. It is important that you create your account with an active email address. We will send you a confirmation order number in an email to that address.
3. Your account information should not be order specific. You should give us your valid contact information.
4. After you log in, you will be taken to pages where you can enter different shipping or payment options.
5. You will receive your order number once you have completed the order.
6. Orders from the Campus Store and University Images must be processed separately. You will need to set up separate accounts in both stores. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but due to the uniqueness of their inventories we are unable to change this at this time.

We accept departmental credit cards. We are also able to Inter-account bill your University accounts. As this is an automated billing, we are able to offer departments discounts on certain items.
