Michigan Tech Campus Bookstore is proud to offer you the most competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items en route.

On average, your order will be received in 7 - 10 working days. During August or December, delivery time may take longer. If you have specific questions about the status of your order, please email us at

Store Pick-Up orders will be ready for pick up by mid-morning of the next business day.  You must have your order confirmation number and a photo ID when you pick up your order.

  1. You must have original receipt.
  2. The book must be in same condition as purchased.
  3. Opened shrink wrapped packages will be refunded as used books at the store's discretion.
  4. Books purchased after return deadline are not refundable.

Fall/Spring Semester
100% refund through Fri of 1st week
80% refund through Fri of 2nd week

Summer Semester
100% refund through Fri of 1st week of Track A
100% refund during 1st week of Track B for B classes only

General Books:
  1. You must have original receipt.
  2. The book must be in same condition as purchased.
  3. 100% refund within 1 week of purchase.
  4. Sorry, no refunds on reference materials or study guides.
Other Merchandise:
  1. Non-defective items must have original receipt.
  2. It must be in same condition as purchased.

How to Order

It is easy. Throughout our site, whenever you see a product you'd like to purchase, simply click "Add to Cart" and the item will be added to your Shopping Basket.

When you are ready to check out:

  1. If you have created an account with us previously, please log in. There is an option to send your password if needed.
  2. If you have not created an account with us, you will need to do this now. It is important that you create your account with an active email address. We will send you a confirmation order number in an email to that address.
  3. Your account information should not be order specific. You should give us your valid contact information.
  4. After you log in, you will be taken to pages where you can enter different shipping or payment options.
  5. You will receive your order number once you have completed the order.
  6. Orders from the Campus Bookstore and University Images must be processed separately. You will need to set up separate accounts in both stores. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but due to the uniqueness of their inventories we are unable to change this at this time.

Payment Options:

For all online purchases we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or Campus Bookstore/University Images gift cards.

In Store:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept personal checks, travelers checks, Express Cash, and Campus Bookstore/University Images gift cards.  Eligible students can also charge textbooks and school supplies to their tuition bill.

We accept departmental credit cards. We are also able to Inter-account bill your University accounts and as this is an automated billing, we are able to offer departments discounts on certain items.


We are required by law to collect all taxes based on where your order is being shipped or delivered. When you review your order during the checkout process, you will see an ESTIMATED sales tax. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect the applicable sales tax.
